That's me!
Hello, my name is Thu (thoo-) Do, a Corvallis-based designer from Vietnam. I enjoy solving complex visual problems, trying out new cuisines, and collecting figurines.
In 4+ years of college, I have dabbled in different art mediums and digital programs to learn as much as I can before facing the real world. Some of the skills that I have picked up includes, but are not limited to, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Maya, bookmaking and, notably, Drupal – a thrilling learning curve for someone who can barely write “Hello World” on CodePen.
Modular graphics and variable type are things I like to experiment with because I think all designs should be flexible on different types of mediums. I still have a lot to learn about design, and learning new designs skills will broaden my perspective on arts and culture. Perhaps someday I can finally learn not to download five hundred fonts for a project.
