Overview:
Oregon State University Housing & Dining Services oversees many dining establishments and on-campus housing experiences. The organization seeks to refresh their web presence comprising nearly 250 webpages with refreshed visual identity to enhance their visions and goals.

Discovery:
During the initial rounds of research, it was revealed that there are many dead sites that only contain a single image or legacy content that have not been removed. Those pages amounted up to 250 pages that require immediate attention. Another concern that was pointed out to me is that the visual identity between certain pages are inconsistent, which weakens the overall UHDS identity. I've spent 4 months combing through the domain, cross-verify the contents with its associated point of contacts, identified a visual hierarchy for each types of pages based on traffic importance.

Results:
The final migration process has allowed the department to offload more than 250 dead sites that have little to no views, which streamlined the domain's hierarchy. Proper restructure was applied for search engine optimization indexing. The overall visual hierarchy fits well within OSU's digital brand identity while maintaining its own authenticity.
